What the SalonDigi connection actually does

SalonDigi mirrors future appointments and later changes outward to staff calendars. It is not a two-way availability import. A personal Google event therefore should not be assumed to block a SalonDigi slot. Keep working hours, absences and bookings accurate in SalonDigi and verify a new appointment, a time change and a cancellation in the connected calendar.

Test the source of availability

Use a real staff schedule and a short test service.

1. Check booking availability in SalonDigi before connecting Calendar.
2. Connect and create one test appointment; verify its calendar entry.
3. Change its time and cancel it; verify the corresponding calendar changes.
4. For personal busy times, update SalonDigi availability rather than relying on an imported event.

Native Google features have their own plan boundaries

Google states that appointment schedules are created on a computer; eligible subscriptions add premium features such as reminder emails. Check current account eligibility before comparing. SalonDigi Solo has one staff member, one branch, one language and 80 appointments per month; custom domains and automatic reminders need an eligible paid plan. A calendar connection is not proof of every reminder or payment feature.
